Delivery Information

Thanks to our international network in over 130 countries and flowers shops throughout the UK and Ireland, you can trust Interflora to deliver your beautiful floral gift. Interflora deliver when you need it most so you can be sure everything about our flower service is personal and reliable. Every bouquet or arrangement is created by hand by one of our expert florists and is personally delivered to the doorstep.

*Some exceptions apply as not all locations covered for all delivery services and some products may not available for some delivery services and some delivery services not available at busy times.

Funerals

Delivery for any funeral order with timed delivery available at no extra cost. Please visit our dedicated funeral flower delivery section for more details.

Hospitals

Available subject to each hospital's policy

Because space and vases are at a premium in hospitals, hand-tied bouquets or vase arrangements delivered in water are recommended. Unfortunately, hospitals cannot accept planted gifts due to the soil content.

Hospitals do not permit flower deliveries to Intensive Care Units, however some hospitals will place flowers outside the ward for the benefit of visiting families.
Orders will be delivered to the hospital reception and the signature of the person receiving the order will be accepted as proof of delivery.

Offices

Please ensure you include the company name and full address of the recipient. Orders will be delivered to the reception.

Hotels

Please ensure you include the full address, telephone number and room number. Orders will be delivered to the reception.

Ships

Please ensure you include the date and time the ship is sailing or docking and the recipient's cabin number (if known) in the delivery instructions. Orders will be delivered to the ship/port reception.

Returns information

In the event that goods are to be returned please return them to:

• If goods purchased from a florist need to be returned, these can be returned for free to the premises of the florist delivering the goods
• If goods delivered by courier need to be returned, the customer/recipient are responsible for the cost of return

Our promise

We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery/collection.

We will always treat you as an individual and with respect. Should you have a question or a problem, we’ll try and fix it the first time you get in touch. If your gift isn’t as it should be, we’ll do everything we can to put things right and if we can’t we’ll give you your money back.

Cancellations & Ammendments

We understand plans can change, so if you need to cancel your order, please email hello@inteflora.co.uk one of our lovely customer care team will reach out to help

All we ask for is at least 48 hours' notice before your delivery date so we can stop your order in its tracks. We might need a bit more notice during our busy seasons, like Christmas, Valentine’s, and Mother’s Day.

Just a quick heads up: floral orders, can’t be changed or cancelled once customised or dispatched. But with our non-perishable products, we’re talking wine and choccies, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
