Ordered flowers for my friends birthday and to be delivered to her.
The bouquet of flowers was beautiful and vibrant lovely colours, amazing value for the price that I paid for them. The updates with
the deliveries was fantastic right up until they arrived at my friend’s house. I was always informed of when they were on the the way to being delivered fantastic service. would 100% order from here again.

I used Interflora for the first time to send flowers for a friend's 90th birthday. I ordered the Summer Peonies Bouquet and received 15% off my first order. My friend was delighted and said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I received emails before the flowers were dispatched and after, letting me know the flowers had been delivered. I would definitely recommend Interflora and have now purchased a Gold Delivery Pass for £12 which entitles me to free or reduced delivery charges for the next year. I've already placed my next order.

Easy process to choose and pay for the flowers. Interflora kept me well informed with the delivery process. I had expected Iris's in the bouquet but they had been substituted for another flower. I dont think it made the impact I wanted to make as the recipient is called Iris but she was impressed so what else can I say.

Disappointed and gutted!

I am devestated having seen what flowers were delivered to my lovely friends door steps today on her special day that is no where near to what was displayed on website. Delivered flowers are full of daisies and mere green twigs. I am gutted as it spoiled all my whole surprise to my dearest friend. I wish I had option to post the photos here to compare. Highly disappointed!!

left without Funeral coffin flowers !

We recently ordered an arrangement for a funeral. this was to be the main arrangement that would be placed on the top of my family member's coffin.
The funeral was at 10am Monday morning and the arrangement was supposed to be delivered to the funeral home at 8am that day. on Saturday at 4pm (less that 48 hours before) I received an email to tell me and my family that 'we can can no longer fulfil your order, can we send a bouquet to the family of the deceased instead' . Not only are we the family !! but this left just Sunday with all florists closed for us to try to arrange anyone to now create a bespoke arrangement for us. We were devastated by this and it made an already very difficult time for our family so much worse.
Absolutely shameful.

Wasn’t over enthusiastic about the arrangement. It was dull and not a lot in it.
Also tried to change delivery details but response too late . All worked out fine in the end with delivery…thank goodness!

Dissappointed with this bouquet

My brother had a beautiful bunch of flowers from a friend, delivered a day after the death of my mother. Within days the llilly's started to wilt and didn't even open. Not even one week later, the bunch looks so miserable, with more wilted flowers, its a shame. He hasn't really enjoyed them. It doesn't look like a cheap bouquet!!!!!

So happy!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers late on a Thursday night (US time) and by the time I woke up they were delivered to my friend in the UK. She sent me a picture of them and they were beautiful! She was so happy that it brought tears to her eyes.
I was extremely pleased with the speed and the quality of my order!
